Hope that everyone had a pleasant and safe summer break. Congratulations to the winners of the 2010 Orlando Acevedo Scholarship!

This year there was a tie and the scholarship was shared between Melissa Cortes and Michelle Cortes. Thanks to our section scholarship chair and the selection committee for their efforts and dedication to this yearly program that has benefited many of our members and their qualified families. Our section is just beginning the most active months (September through May) of our fiscal year (July through June). Our committee members have been very active selecting the monthly presentations and/or local tours. Read more....
